With attention to design and detail, Karen Lukacs rescues discarded fabrics and transforms them into art-to-wear fashions, accessories and home goods.

A necktie is converted into an evening clutch, a leather coat is upcycled into a carryall, tees and jeans are recycled into comfy pillows, and felted sweaters are transformed into outerwear and bags. These one-off designs are handcrafted, allowing each timeless piece to speak of individuality and personal expression.

All products are proudly ReMade in the USA where we believe in the importance of innovation, thoughtful design and quality workmanship, cultural preservation and of people making things with their hands.

RE-VISIONS: Art Made from Reclaimed Materials

Buttons and beads, wreck yard salvage, thrift store clothing. All this and more were part of Tohono Chul Park’s “Re-Invisions: Art from Reclaimed Materials” show. In good company with local Tucson artists who reinvent, recycle, refashion disposable goods into one-of-a-kind art treasures.
