Students will explore techniques and insider tips on the use of traditional hand sewing stitches as applied in the design and production of my collections.

We’ll take the tried and true, pushing the limits of materials and applications. The possibilities are endless.

This one day workshop is suitable for enthusiastic beginners and experienced surface designers alike.

$145 includes a materials kit complete with detailed instructions and everything that will be required, except for your scissors.

This workshop requires a basic knowledge of sewing as we explore hand and machine techniques to fold, gather, pleat and tuck fabric. Applications for clothing and home accessories will be explored.

Participants bring their own machine.
