			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong><em>Stitch a bit&#8230;by hand</em></strong> is scheduled for November 14, 9 am to 4 pm on the beautiful campus of St Philips in the Foothills Episcopal Church.</p>
<p><img class="alignleft size-medium wp-image-821" title="t-shirt scarf detail" src="http://karenlukacsonline.com/PCM/wp-content/uploads/2011/10/front-turned-lefta-222x300.jpg" alt="t-shirt scarf detail" width="222" height="300" />Students will explore techniques and insider tips on the use of traditional hand sewing stitches as applied in the design and production of my collections.</p>
<p>We&#8217;ll take the tried and true, pushing the limits of materials and applications. The possibilities are endless.</p>
<p>This one day workshop is suitable for enthusiastic beginners and experienced surface designers alike.</p>
<p>$145 includes a materials kit complete with detailed instructions and everything that will be required, except for your scissors.</p>
